Three Valleys Water plc have commissioned Switch.on to take design and delivery responsibility for their customer web site. The new site will be critical in the delivery of the company’s strategy as they seek to change the behaviour of customers - moving them away from traditional telephone contact, enabling them to find the information they need to answer their enquiries online. It will also be a key tool for improving business processes and efficiency.
The company wants to become a benchmark for success in the water industry with an ambition to provide their customers with an experience that is better than any other UK utility.
Switch were chosen following a rigorous selection process.
