In the beginning there was Three Valleys Water
We were initially commissioned by Three Valleys Water plc to take design and delivery responsibility for their customer web site. The new site was to be a critical element in the delivery of the company’s strategy as they sought to change the behaviour of customers - moving them away from traditional telephone contact, enabling them to find the information they need to answer their enquiries online as well as becoming a key tool for improving business processes and efficiency.
It was important to Three Valleys that they identified a partner who had the experience and capability in their market sector to help them implement their strategy over the coming years. With more than 18 years experience of working with clients in the water industry, the team at Switch are uniquely placed to help Three Valleys meet their business and communication objectives.

Having delivered the initial website to a very firm deadline in a short period of time Switch were also commissioned to rollout two additional sites for Tendring Hundred and Folkestone and Dover at the same time as the initial rebranding of all three companies under the Veolia Water brand.
We continue daily contact with all three Veolia Water supply companies in the UK and remain a key partner for digital service delivery.
